Terms of service
The full terms are being finalised ahead of launch. The clauses below state how the service operates and will carry into the final document.

The service
Limara provides analytical screenplay coverage — a professional assessment of the work you submit. Limara never generates creative content: no rewrites, no suggested lines, no ghost-writing. The report is an opinion of craft, not a guarantee of sale, representation, or production.

Your work
You retain all rights in everything you upload. By submitting a script you grant Limara only the limited licence needed to analyse it and render your report. Your work is never used to train models.

Credits and payment
Coverage is purchased as credits through Paddle, our merchant of record. A credit is held when you submit and spent only when your report is delivered; if a read fails terminally, the credit is refunded automatically. Prices exclude applicable taxes — tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Fair use
One account per person. Submissions must be your own work or work you are authorised to submit. Limara may decline material that is unlawful or that the pipeline cannot responsibly assess, in which case no credit is charged.
